The role in a nutshell:
In this position, you'll provide consultative support to an assigned client base. Combining a passion for service and discovering innovative solutions, you will help customers get the most value from our products.

How you will make a difference:

- Follow up with clients to ensure their operations issues are resolved
- Escalate client queries as appropriate
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
- Resolving client challenges, managing database records, drafting status reports on client service issues
- Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to client queries
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot client challenges
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

What will give you an advantage:

- To succeed in this role you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client facing role.
- It will be a good plus if you have HR administration/ coordination or implementation experience.
- You must be a self-direct individual with initiative and very proficient in problem solving.
- Also you need to be strong verbal and written fluency in English, with strong geographical knowledge.
- Last but not least you need to be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and be very attentive to details.
- Remember we are continuously growing so you need to have the ability to work in a fast paced and often changing environment.
