Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Support Associate located in Bhubaneswar. The Associate will be responsible for handling client issues and queries ,Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing requirements, contributing to full support, participating in meetings, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client/ Customer Handling.
- Knowledge of System Operation .
- Ability to conduct thorough research and provide actionable insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Familiarity with open-source technologies.
- Experience in any of the sectors like Banking, Insurance, Finance, Telecommunications, Payment, or Health is a plus
