**Role & responsibilities**
- Conduct counseling sessions both on the phone and in person to guide students and parents on program offerings, admissions procedures, and the value of JEE/NEET coaching.
- Address queries, provide detailed information about courses, and help potential students understand their academic journey with us.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents and students to enhance trust and ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Maintain records of all inquiries, leads, and follow-up actions in a structured format.
- Design and execute WhatsApp campaigns to engage prospective students and parents.
- Regularly monitor and analyze WhatsApp campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize outreach and impact.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries received via WhatsApp and other social channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing and other social media outreach methods.
- Ability to counsel, influence, and motivate students and parents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
