Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Bokaro Steel City. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information on various educational programs, assessing applicants' qualifications, and helping them with their application. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments, responding to inquiries, and actively participating in recruitment events to promote the institution. The role also requires maintaining accurate records and offering excellent customer service to students and parents.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to helping students succeed
- Experience in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with the education sector and understanding of college admission processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred
