**Job Title**: Sales Call Specialist - Food Processing Unit
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients in the food industry.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable food processing solutions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve goals.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, including distributors, manufacturers, and food producers.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and customer service.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and deals closed.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food processing or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is a plus.
