**Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:Utilize IndiaMART to source potential leads in the target market.
Connect and engage with doctors and healthcare professionals on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential prospects.

**Outreach and Communication**:Send connection requests and personalized messages to doctors on LinkedIn.
Craft and deliver compelling pitches to generate interest and set appointments.

**Data Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in the google sheet.
Ensure data integrity and cleanliness in the google sheet.

**Sales Pipeline**:Continuously build and expand the sales pipeline by nurturing and advancing leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for further processing.

**Performance Metrics**:Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for lead generation, outreach, and appointments.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities.

**Qualifications;**
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
- 12 th Passout.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make cold calls.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals.

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

- Ambala, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:
