**Job Title - Purchase Executive, Ahmedabad**

**Responsibilities -**
- To prepare purchase orders for the material requirement (indent) received from factories and project department.
- To maintain department wise indent files.
- To maintain department wise purchase order files.
- To send vendor approval forms to vendors.
- To maintain purchase order register.
- To prepare & maintain vendor approval list as per the guidance and approval received from Manager.
- To send purchase order copies to the concerned at the factory.
- To prepare report for steel received from Arcelor Mittal.
- Prepare all ISO related documents.
- Sending inquiries to vendors.
- Preparing compare sheet.

**Educational Qualifications -** Commerce or Science graduate with good communications skills

**Experience -** Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
