JOB TITLE**:SALES CO-ORDINATOR**

LOCATION: NAVI MUMBAI

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Operational activities of spare part division
- Analytical thinking and strategic involvement in achieving set targets

REPORTING TO: Sales Manager

RESPONSIBLITIES:

- **Back-end Sales Support**: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks and coordinating day-to-day operations.
- **Client Coordination**: Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure smooth order processing, addressing queries, and providing status updates.
- **Offer Preparation in SAP**: Prepare accurate sales offers in SAP and ensure timely execution, managing all related documentation.
- **Follow-up with Italian Counterparts**: Work closely with the Italian team to track order status and ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- **Coordination with Warehouse and Accounts**: Facilitate communication between the warehouse and accounts departments to manage order dispatches and payments efficiently.
- **Data Collection & Analysis**: Collect and analyze various sales and operational data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- **Sales Report & MIS Preparation**: Prepare and present sales reports and various MIS documents, providing key metrics and actionable insights for management.

AGE: 24-35

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
**ESSENTIAL**:Any degree
**DESIRABLE**:Good working knowledge on excel/reports.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
**ESSENTIAL**:2-5 years of experience in sales support.
**DESIRABLE**: Experience in the any engineering manufacturing industry.

DESIRABLE SKILL SETS:

- Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools (advanced skills preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

EXTENT OF DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: All decisions to be taken in consultation with the Sales Engineer

RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING ACTIVITES OF: None

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
