**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging, original, and high-quality content in **Gujarati and English** (posts, stories, reels, captions, etc.).
- Schedule, post, and monitor daily content while ensuring consistent brand voice.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with trends and incorporate them into content strategy.
- Respond to followers’ comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaign execution.
- Assist in paid promotions, influencer outreach, and community building.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven work experience in social media or digital marketing.
- **Fluent in Gujarati (spoken and written)** - mandatory.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in both Gujarati and English.
- Proficient in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.).
- Ability to think creatively and deliver quality content under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and paid advertising is a plus.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Trend-savvy with a strong understanding of Gujarati culture and audience behavior.
- Positive attitude, team player, and self-starter.

Pay: ₹10,023.43 - ₹20,079.57 per month
