We are seeking a Project Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience in Modular furniture installation to join our team in Indiranagar. As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising office furniture installation projects on-site, ensuring that installations are carried out efficiently and as per the client's requirements. You will also be in charge of arranging & managing installation team and overseeing loading and unloading operations.

**Your Roles & Responsibilities are mentioned as below**:

- Day to day project installation status of assigned projects should be updated to Project manager and concern project sales owners.
- Arranging for taking final measurement & getting the site mark done as per the approved layout.
- Interacting with Clients site engineers such as / PMC / Architect / Interior company about project execution and completion schedule.
- Following company’s Project engineers SOP for furniture installation.
- Reporting to Project manager if any variation at site - as per approval and site condition.
- Communicating with customers about detailed execution or installation plan
- Co-coordinating with the client at site & Executing as per the approved drawings.
- Scheduling projects for dispatch and execution & Communicating with the client regarding the dispatch schedule and executing of projects.
- Selecting qualified carpenters for installation & getting daily project updates through regular site visit and overseeing the safety of materials at project site.
- Interacting with other departments for speedy completion & handover of projects
- Attend to snags or materials requirement at site
- Quality checking at site as per Company Standards
- Following Safety measures during execution of project at site.
- Completing projects without any issues and collect the work completion certification from customers
- Additional roles & responsibility would be added as per the project requirement.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in furniture installation
- Knowledge of furniture assembly and installation techniques.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
