## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the reception.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain records.
- Assist the leadership team with personal and professional tasks as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using **MS Office tools**.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
## **Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome).
- Strong **written and oral communication skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office tools** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
