- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
- **Should have international purchase exposure.**
- **Should maintain price comparison data sheet of entire year.**
- **Excellent purchase experience of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics component or in Mechatronics Purchase.**
- Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods
- Generate report of purchase for ongoing projects.
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
- Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.
- Analysing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as Purchase & administration Executive
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- Technical graduate, B.E., B.Tech or equivalent degree

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
