Ø Conduct internal audits of the organization’s financial and operational activities. Ø Checking data accuracy between HIS and ERP Ø Audit of OP and IP Bills - all the services billed and collection Ø Verification of discounts & refunds approved by hospital Team Ø Checking of nursing records form - Catch / MRI/CT etc with patient record/bills Ø Validation of OT notes with surgery booked/ billed to patients Ø Checking of purchase returns and status Ø Random audit of expenses bills Ø Checking and identification of non - moving stocks Ø Consumption and stock audit of pharmacy and consumables Ø Checking of lab and radiology billing and material consumption Ø Verification of consumables consumed as per inventory and charged to patients. Ø Prepare audit reports and present findings to management. Ø Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems. Ø Provide recommendations for process improvement and cost savings. Ø Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Ø Problem-solving skills. Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Qualification and experience** Ø CA Inter, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Ø 5+ years of experience in internal auditing in Hospital is mandatory. Ø Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control systems. Ø Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
