**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**: Assist in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a range of digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and website elements.

**Conceptualization**: Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for design projects, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and messaging.

**Software Proficiency**: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring concepts to life and produce high-quality visual assets.

**Brand Consistency**: Maintain consistency in design elements and branding across all materials, ensuring that the Carrer Naksha visual identity is upheld.

**Communication**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the specified criteria.

**Feedback Incorporation**: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance the quality and effectiveness of designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Graphic Design, Visual Arts, etc.) or recent graduate.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Good understanding of design principles and techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and take initiative on individual projects.
