**Position: Graphic and Web Designer**

**The Role**

To assist PMC Marketing in developing top-notch marketing, social media, and recruitment materials across various media platforms, in line with PMC brand guidelines.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Produce PMC sales and marketing collateral, in both digital and print formats.
- Think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Receive design briefs and conceptualise visuals based on the requirements.
- Develop illustrations and designs in line with brand guidelines.
- Create branded assets and collateral in line with design templates provided by the creative agency.
- Incorporate feedback on designs to produce final market-ready collateral.
- Ensure that designs and communications are correct and error-free before going live.

**Primary Skills | Essential**
- Proven graphic and web design skills with a clear attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to fully understand briefs from internal stakeholders and marketing team.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of design Software - Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is a must.
- Proven experience of graphic and web design work for an international market, for example, the UK, Europe, or USA.
- Ability to work independently and to be a self-starter, whilst working to a brief and within guidelines.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Have full experience of creating brochures, case studies template, social media images, presentations, logos, video editing.
- Ability to demonstrate a good eye for creative composition and design integrity.

**Secondary Skills | Desirable**
- Degree in Fine Arts, or relevant degree in web design or graphic design.
- Experience of B2B environment or a Design Agency.
- Worked with international design projects.
- Understanding of website design, UI and UX is an added advantage.

**Personal Attributes**
- Able to work independently, whilst working to a project brief.
- Positive attitude and team player.
