**Roles & Responsibilities,**

**Sales Presentation**: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations or pitches to potential clients or customers.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

**Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and payment terms, to close deals.

**Quota Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

**Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

**Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.

**Customer Support**: Provide post-sale support and address customer inquiries and issues as needed.

**Purchase Executive Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.

**Sourcing**: Source and select products, materials, or services required by the organization while considering cost, quality, and lead times.

**Purchase Orders**: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Cost Analysis**: Analyze prices, quality, and delivery terms to make informed purchasing decisions that maximize cost-efficiency.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

**Compliance**: Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

**Negotiation**: Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, including price, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

**Quality Control**: Collaborate with quality control and inspection teams to ensure that purchased products or materials meet quality standards.

**Budget Management**: Work within budget constraints and provide cost-saving recommendations to management.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
