**Function description**

- Revenue Management team aims at Optimizing profits and yield revenue for Travix International.
- Repricing means to change the price. It aims at claiming commissions and mark ups from the itineraries that we get on ADB.
- The main objective of this business vertical in Revenue Management is to maximize the profit, generation and protection of revenue.
- We earn money mainly through commissions available to us from different airlines. In Repricing, it is imperative to read and understand the contracts because they are commission based and you would only be able to generate revenue, if you are fully aware of the contract. The department analyzes fare on different websites, Meta Search, and GDS. Uploading & distributing negotiated fares in GDS(Amadeus). Supporting Asian website through cart error monitor & checks and escallating flight & fare issues to Amadeus by raising PTR’s.
**Most important tasks and responsibilities**
- Re-pricing a booking for negotiated fare in-house for a better profit on bookings.
- All Fares loaded in-house for Asia market are checked in Amadeus. Important information’s like “revised BKG class or new flight restrictions are checked and required changes are made.
- Pricing Analysis is done for all the Faresheet loaded in-house.
- Fares are checked and compared in our websites with other competitor’s sites along with META sites results.
- Then a detailed pricing analysis report is prepared and send to TL/Manager.
- Cart error checks are done for TH, SIN & HKG markets.

- PTR is raised for the itineraries which are not being booked in our websites and Amadeus shows availability error or fare discrepancies.
**Context and challenges**
- Direct contribution to Revenue of the organization through commissions/Mark-ups US & Asia Market booking flow
