Influencer Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers (micro to macro) in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and other aligned categories
- Negotiate contracts, barter deals, and paid partnerships in line with campaign budgets
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Ensure timely content delivery, brand compliance, and creative alignment
- Track and measure campaign performance using KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Build and manage a long-term influencer database/CRM
- Coordinate with content, social, and performance marketing teams to align influencer strategies
- Stay updated on social media trends, creator movements, and platform algorithms
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- 1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management
- Strong understanding of influencer landscape across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms (e.g., Moj, Josh, Threads)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using tools like Winkl, HypeAuditor, or in-house CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to analyze metrics and prepare actionable reports
- Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics, brand voice, and storytelling
**Bonus Points**:
- Existing influencer network in wellness, skincare, or fitness
- Experience working with D2C or consumer brands
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and performance marketing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
