**Inside Sales Representative - EdTech**
**Position Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Sales**: Execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive sales for our EdTech products and services.
- **Quota Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- **Cross-Selling/Up-Selling**: Identify and act on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers to maximize revenue.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with existing customers to gather feedback and insights, providing valuable input for product improvements.
- **Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support**: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation strategies and client interactions.
- **CRM and Record-Keeping**: Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 6 months to 3 years of experience in inside sales or outbound calling, preferably within the EdTech sector or a similar B2C environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal communication and consultative selling skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and negotiate effectively.
- Experience with MS Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
**Functional Skills Required**:
- **Account Management**: Effective management of customer accounts and relationships.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong capability to analyze sales data and handle complex sales situations.
- **Presentation Skills**: Proficient in delivering engaging presentations and conducting persuasive sales conversations.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals.
- **Relationship-Building**: Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
