**Job Description - Admission Counselor**

**Job Title**: Admission Counselor - PGDM & MBA Programs
**Location**: Jasola, New Delhi (On-site)
**Department**: Admissions
**Reports To**: Senior Admission Counselor / Head of Admissions

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel prospective students and families on AIM’s PGDM and MBA offerings.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling, group presentations, and webinars to explain programs and career outcomes.
- Manage and nurture leads in CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and branding activities.
- Represent AIM at education fairs, seminars, and outreach programs.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets and contribute to overall enrollment goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- **4 years of experience** in counseling or admissions, preferably in the higher education sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
