**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee academic planning, curriculum development, and implementation
- Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
- Maintain student discipline and create a safe, inclusive school culture
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school management for improvement
- Supervise and enhance extracurricular and co-curricular programs
- Manage school budgets, resources, and infrastructure efficiently
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and board requirements
- Monitor academic performance and implement quality improvement initiatives

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a school setting
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
