**Eligibility : DGNM/B.sc Nursing**
- **Patient Care**: Providing compassionate and competent care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, dressing wounds, and assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Conducting initial patient assessments, monitoring changes in patient conditions, and communicating any concerns to the healthcare team.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with physicians, other nurses, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- **Documentation**: Accurately documenting patient information, including medical histories, medications administered, and treatment plans, in accordance with institutional protocols and regulatory requirements.
- **Patient Education**: Providing patients and their families with information about their conditions, medications, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and prevent complications.
- **Advocacy**: Serving as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are addressed, and advocating for quality care and patient safety.
- **Emergency Response**: Responding promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, and trauma, following established protocols and procedures.
- **Quality Improvement**: Participating in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- **Professional Development**: Engaging in ongoing education and training to stay updated on advancements in nursing practice, technology, and healthcare policies.
- **Compliance**: Adhering to legal and ethical standards of nursing practice, including maintaining patient confidentiality, respecting patient rights, and following institutional policies and procedures.

Overall, as a staff nurse, you are at the forefront of patient care, responsible for promoting health, providing comfort, and ensuring the well-being of those entrusted to your care.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
