**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse provides high-quality patient care and support in a clinical setting. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain professional competency.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing /ANM/GNM/Diploma in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Valid nursing license (RN) in Tamilnadu.
- Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- May require exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
