**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Health Insurance Executive to assist patients and their families with billing support, insurance processing, and guiding them through health insurance options. The role involves both office-based responsibilities and home visits, with 80% of the work being desk-based and 20% involving travel for patient meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients and families in understanding hospital bills and insurance claims.
- Pitch suitable health insurance plans to patients/families as per their needs.
- Liaise with hospital billing departments to ensure smooth insurance claim processing.
- Support patient families during hospitalization and home care scenarios.
- Follow up on claim approvals, documentation, and disbursement.
- Maintain detailed records of all patient interactions and insurance cases.
- Achieve monthly targets for insurance sales and service delivery.
- Represent the hospital/organization with professionalism and empathy.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of health insurance products and claims process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emotional or stressful situations with patience and compassion.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduation (preferred in commerce, life sciences, or healthcare-related fields).
- 1-3 years of experience in health insurance sales, preferably in a hospital or insurance company setup.

Working Conditions:

- 80% Desk Job (within hospital/office premises)
- 20% Field Visits (patient home meetings within Delhi NCR)
- Flexible to work across various hospital locations in Delhi NCR
