Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design offer based properties like BOGO, Special Friday, festival based programs, seasonality offers etc.

2. Analysis on transactions/redemptions of offers, performance evaluation of the offers

3. Offer campaign management to drive usage of offers

4. Support marketing activities as and when needed

5. Identify merchant needs & requirements and create effective, value related proposals.

6. Assist team for loyalty and Rewards program - Competition Mapping.

7. Ideate and develop different ways to market the product.

5. A passion for creative ideas, loyalty management and operational process improvements.

6. Will work closely with IT, Alliances and Loyalty team and will help in getting vendors on board.

7. Understand the requirements of the team and coordinate the same with the vendors.

8. Will help the client success Manager in day-to-day work and also with other tasks as and when assigned by the Manager.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
