Darthwares is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to offering AI Products. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven **Marketing Representative** to join our team. The role will focus on building relationships with educational institutions and college students, marketing our services, and driving lead generation efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outreach & Lead Generation**:

- Connect with educational institutions, universities, and colleges to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the educational sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to capture leads, through both digital and traditional marketing methods.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Create and distribute marketing materials tailored to the education sector, highlighting the benefits of our products/services.
- Organize and participate in webinars, info sessions, and other promotional activities targeting educational institutions and students.
- **Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building**:

- Build long-term relationships with clients, helping them understand the value we offer.
- Manage follow-ups, addressing client concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Ensure leads are properly followed up and converted into closed deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the closing of deals and client onboarding.

**Compensation**:

- This is a **commission-based** role where the representative will earn **20% of the total amount** for each lead that successfully converts to a closed sale.
- Payment will be processed upon the lead's closure.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development, especially in the education sector, is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus.
- **Education**: A background or understanding of the education industry is preferred.
