We are looking for **Soft Skill Trainer**

**Any Graduate** with **0-1 years experience, Excellent Communication & convincing skills & Strong Knowledge.**
- Facilitates Day-to-Day Classes to Assist Participants in Gaining Knowledge.
- Demonstrates understanding of Employability Skills, Life Skills and Procedures with understanding of various teaching methods.
- Instructs students in Job Seeking, Application Procedures; Resume Writing, Interview Preparation and Job Retention Skills and Attitudes.
- Career Information Workshops and Presentations as needed.
- Facilitates Career Counseling, Evaluation, Skills Training, Job readiness training.
- Conducts classes in an atmosphere that promotes caring and respect in accordance with the Mission and Vision of Appteknow Careers.

**Skills Required**:

- Training Experience proficient in Training Methodologies, Curriculum Development and Soft Skills
(Communication Skills, Critical thinking, Time Management, Team Building, Aptitude, Interview Process, Career Guidelines etc.)
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High energy, Enthusiastic, Motivational Training Style.
