**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Delight Associate to join our bakery team in Chennai. You will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service, assisting guests with product choices, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Welcome every guest with a warm smile and attentive service.
- **Order Management**: Take and prepare orders efficiently and accurately.
- **Product Recommendations**: Offer suggestions and share information about our bakery items.
- **Display Maintenance**: Ensure that all bakery products are presented neatly and kept fresh.
- **Customer Support**: Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain cleanliness.
- **Payment Handling**: Operate the POS system, manage payments, and ensure transaction accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
