We are Hiring HOD - Civil & Structural

We are seeking an experienced **Head of Department (HOD) - Civil & Structural** for one of our esteemed clients in the **Oil & Gas** sector. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team and lead key projects in the field of industrial design and engineering.

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai
**Qualification**: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering
**Experience**: 15+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Structural Design Expertise**: Experience in designing RCC & Steel structures, particularly for Chemical, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas plants.
- **Engineering Consultancy**: Minimum of 15 years in the engineering and consultancy sector, specifically focused on industrial projects.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient with STAAD/STAAD PRO for Finite/Design Analysis, and experienced in preparing Tender Specifications, Bill of Quantities, and dynamic machine foundations.
- **Site Query Resolution**: Attend and resolve queries related to site operations.
- **Project Scheduling**: Plan and prepare construction schedules to ensure timely completion.
- **Client Interaction**: Attend client meetings and address any project-related concerns.
- **Plant Layout Experience**: Proficiency in Plot plant and layout management.
- **Team Leadership**: Monitor daily activities of the in-house engineering team to ensure adherence to the project schedule and quality standards.
