We **Rombus App** are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller **(Especially Freshers) **to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to kickstart their career in the sales industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting potential customers by phone to introduce our products or services and explain their features and benefits
- Setting up appointments with interested customers for the sales team to follow up
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and maintaining a database of potential leads
- Following up with customers who have shown interest in our products or services to encourage them to make a purchase
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and sales achieved
- Handling customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry and sharing this knowledge with customers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
- High school diploma or equivalent

We will provide training on our products and services, sales techniques, and customer service skills You will have ongoing support and coaching from experienced sales professionals to help you develop and achieve your goals
