**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided cold leads list.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion quotas.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive and persistent attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Prior experience in handling cold leads and converting them into sales is highly desirable.
