We are Looking for aggressive Bench Sales Recruiters with good communication skills. Should understand the complete life cycle starting from understanding the resume to onboarding.

Role: Sr Bench Sales Recruiter Experience :5-8 years
Bench Sales Managers experience : 8-12 Years

**Responsibilities**:
Strong experience and knowledge understanding the current technologies and match with the requirements
Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings.
Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation.
Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis.
Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market.
Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.
