Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to join our fast-growing EdTech startup. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and contribute to the growth of an innovative educational technology company.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram. Develop multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and infographics to convey key messages effectively.

Social Media Management: Manage and monitor our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity across platforms.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by participating in discussions, sharing user-generated content, and fostering meaningful interactions to build relationships and loyalty among our followers.

Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns to promote our products, events, and initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling campaign ideas and messaging.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to evaluate the performance of social media efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media marketing. Conduct research to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in our digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program such as Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.

Strong passion for social media and digital marketing, with a keen understanding of popular social platforms and emerging trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie) is a plus.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.

This is a full-time internship position with flexible hours and the opportunity for remote work.
