We are currently looking for a skilled Logistics Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

As a Logistics Executive at Shaila Anant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the logistics and documentation aspects of our export operations. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless coordination from pre-shipment to post-shipment stages, maintaining compliance with international trade regulations and optimizing shipment processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Export Documentation**: Handle pre and post-shipment documentation including Commercial Invoices (CI), Packing Lists (PL), Purchase Invoices (PI), Bills of Lading (BL), and other relevant documents.
- **Update Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs)**: Ensure timely and accurate updating of Bank Realization Certificates for all dispatched shipments, facilitating payment tracking processes.
- **Coordinate Logistics**: Work with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and carriers to organize timely and cost-effective transportation of goods, including customs clearance procedures.
- **Maintain Compliance**: Stay updated with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export-import policies to ensure adherence in documentation and shipping processes.
- **Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams**: Work closely with production, sales, and finance teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and optimize overall export operations.
- **Monitor Shipment Status**: Track and update shipment status regularly, ensuring on-time deliveries and addressing any delays or discrepancies promptly.
- **Support Payment Tracking**: Assist in tracking payments for dispatched shipments, coordinating with finance and accounts teams as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field. Master’s degree/specialization is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics and export documentation within an export house or similar industry.
- Proficiency in handling pre and post-shipment documentation such as CI, PL, PI, BL, etc.
- Familiarity with Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and payment tracking processes.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping logistics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
