**What you’ll be doing...**:
The person will be responsible for the availability, performance and the security posture of the underlying IAM infrastructure on Linux and Windows servers.
- Work with the business team to deeply understand their Access Management needs and design solutions and policies on ForgeRock Access Manager platform
- Infrastructure availability by regular maintenance, alerting and monitoring
- Server (Linux and Windows) upgrades, Capacity planning and deployments
- Identify gaps in reliability, availability and security posture of IAM environments and implement solutions to address them.
- Should be able to quickly comprehend the design of existing, new and emerging technologies on the IAM platform.
- Document custom solutions implemented based on the business and security requirements
- Prevention and remediations of security vulnerabilities
- Proactively identifying and remediating areas for process improvements
- Be the primary for troubleshooting production and non production issues reported.
- Provide technical and process guidance to various IT teams
- Create positive relationships with business and IT teams

**What we’re looking for...**:
You have strong technical skills, and eager to work in a collaborative environment with

global teams to drive the business & security requirements, design end to end IAM solutions on ForgeRock platform. You are always willing to learn new technologies. You thrive in a dynamic

environment and are able to interact with various stakeholders and cross functional

teams to implement IAM solutions.
- Engineering Degree with one or more years of relevant experience.
- Administering Linux and Windows Servers
- Monitoring for process, disk space, memory etc on Linux and Windows servers
- Java and JDK setup, upgrade and maintenance
- Experience or Knowledge in any IAM platform is an advantage
- Advanced level of understanding in Web Servers, HTTP and Transport layer security
- Knowledge across LDAP, Active Directory, Web Servers and Linux OS
- Knowledge on Ansible, Javascripts and Groovy.
- Responsible for adhering to security practises during design and deployments
- Fix server alerts and monitor health of the Infrastructure
- Write Server Maintenance scripts

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- A Master’s degree.
- RPA using tools like UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega etc.
- Infrastructure Monitoring tools like New Relic, Prometheus.
- Data exchange through REST APIs/Ajax Web service clients
- Process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma
- Experience in other Identity and Access management Platforms like Siteminder, Okta, Ping etc.
