- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Emergency Medical Response: Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide immediate medical
- assistance at the scene. Assess the patient's condition, administer first aid, and perform necessary medical
- procedures to stabilize the patient.
- Patient Assessment and Triage: Conduct rapid yet thorough assessments of patients' vital signs, medical
- history, and current condition to determine the severity of the situation and appropriate treatment.
- Prioritize patients based on the urgency of their medical needs.
- Medical Procedures: Administer medications, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), immobilize
- fractures, control bleeding, and provide other necessary medical interventions according to established
- protocols and guidelines.
- Patient Transport: Safely transfer patients from the scene to the ambulance and from the ambulance to the
- receiving medical facility. Ensure patient comfort and safety during transportation, considering any
- specific medical needs or conditions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with emergency response teams, physicians,
- and other healthcare professionals to relay patient information, receive instructions, and coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and concise documentation of patient information and interventions.
- Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the ambulance and medical equipment are always in proper
- working condition. Conduct routine checks, restock supplies, and report any equipment malfunctions or
- deficiencies to the appropriate authorities.
- Public Safety and Crowd Control: Assist in managing scenes of accidents, disasters, or public
- emergencies, ensuring the safety of patients, bystanders, and other emergency personnel. Provide crowd
- control when necessary and collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring their privacy, dignity, and respect
- throughout the care process. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, addressing their
- concerns and answering questions.
- Continuing Education and Training: Stay updated on current emergency medical practices, protocols, and
- advancements. Participate in ongoing training programs and professional development activities to
- enhance clinical skills and knowledge

- **Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Completion of an accredited Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program.
- Valid EMT certification/license in accordance with local regulations.
- CPR certification (Basic Life Support Provider or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures, including trauma care, basic life support, and
- advanced cardiac life support.
- Ability to quickly assess and respond to medical emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and
- decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and
- healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in high-stress situations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and manoeuvre patients when necessary.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
- **Total Experience 1-3 Years**

**Employment Type-** **Full Time/12hrs Shift**

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
