**Job Title: Telecaller cum Counselor**

**Job Summary**:
The Telecaller cum Counselor is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, existing clients, or individuals seeking information. The role involves not only promoting products or services but also providing guidance, information, and support to customers in a counseling capacity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Telecalling**:

- Make outbound calls to leads or existing clients to introduce products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and gather relevant information.
- Explain product/service features and benefits, and answer queries.

2. **Counseling**:

- Listen to customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and patience.
- Provide information, advice, and guidance tailored to the customer's needs.
- Offer solutions to customer issues and help them make informed decisions.
- Discuss available options, pricing, and any relevant terms.

3. **Sales and Conversion**:

- Use persuasive communication skills to encourage customers to consider purchasing products/services.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to lead customers towards conversion.

4. **Relationship Building**:

- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, feedback, and progress.

5. **Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with potential customers who require additional time to decide.
- Engage in timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer interest.

6. **Product/Service Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and specifications of the products/services offered.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the offerings.

7. **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and conversion goals.

8. **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of the products/services offered.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and software.

**Educational Requirements**:
A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required, though higher education in relevant fields (sales, marketing, psychology, etc.) can be beneficial.

**Experience**:
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling roles can be an advantage.

Salary - 15000-22000 (Per Month) + Incentive

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
