Tellcaller and Counselor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Experienced Tellcaller and Counselor to join our team. As a Tellcaller and Counselor, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products/services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Must Have Immigration Experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up on interested prospects.
- Answer questions about our products/services and address customer concerns.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
- Record customer information and maintain detailed records of calls and conversations.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help refine sales strategies.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Having experience in the immigration field is a Plus.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role in immigration service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:
