We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Video Editor at AgentC Digital Marketing Firm, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling visual content that resonates with our clients' target audiences. You will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality videos that enhance brand visibility and engagement across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content using industry-standard software.

2. **Storyboarding**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards that align with client objectives.

4. **Color Grading**: Ensure consistency in color grading to maintain brand identity and visual aesthetics.

5. **Audio Editing**: Edit and synchronize audio tracks, sound effects, and voiceovers to complement visual elements.

6. **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough reviews of edited videos to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications.

7. **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

8. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative, marketing, and account management teams to understand client requirements and deliver compelling video solutions.

9. **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video editing to continually enhance skills and capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role in a creative agency or production environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
