Key Responsibilities:

- **Student Career Counseling**:

- Conduct individual career counseling sessions to understand student interests, strengths, and career goals.
- Guide students on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
- Organize career workshops and seminars to educate students about different industries and job opportunities.
- **Industry Liaison**:

- Build and maintain relationships with potential employers to identify job openings and secure placement opportunities.
- Negotiate placement terms and conditions with companies.
- Organize company presentations and on-campus recruitment drives.
- **Placement Coordination**:

- Advertise available job openings to students through various channels.
- Organize mock interviews and group exercises to prepare students for recruitment processes.
- **Training and Development**:

- Conduct soft skills training programs to enhance students' communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- Organize technical skill development workshops based on industry demands.
- Facilitate internships and project placements to provide practical experience to students.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of student placements, including job offers, salary details, and employer feedback.
- Analyze placement data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports on placement activities for the institution's leadership

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and employers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple placement activities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and job market demands
- Ability to build relationships and networks with companies
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
