**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and industries for campus placements.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events.
- Guide and mentor students in resume building, interview preparation, and career development.
- Coordinate with faculty members to assess students' skills and align them with industry requirements.
- Maintain placement records and prepare reports on placement statistics.
- Collaborate with corporate professionals to arrange guest lectures, internships, and training programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging job market requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree is required
- Prior experience in placement coordination, HR, or corporate relations is preferred.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other career management tools.
