**Location: Panjim, Goa**

**Kish Hospitality Consultant, a leading hospitality consultancy firm, is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Tandoor Chef to join our Client team in Panjim Goa.**

**As a Tandoor Chef, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing tandoor cuisine offerings for our clients in the hospitality industry, ensuring authenticity, quality, and innovation in every dish.**

**Responsibilities:

**- Develop and create authentic tandoor recipes and menu concepts in collaboration with clients to meet their culinary needs and preferences**
**- Plan and execute food tastings, menu presentations, and culinary demonstrations to showcase tandoor cuisine expertise**
**- Conduct research on traditional Goan ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles to enhance menu offerings**
**- Train and mentor kitchen staff on tandoor cooking methods, recipe execution, and food presentation standards**
**- Collaborate with clients, chefs, and culinary teams to customize and adapt tandoor dishes to suit different dining concepts and target markets**
**- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as quality control measures in the preparation and serving of Tandoor dishes**
**- Stay current on food trends, market developments, and customer preferences related to Tandoor cuisine to drive innovation and creativity in menu development**
**- Provide culinary support, guidance, and expertise to clients on menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen operations related to tandoor cuisine.**

**Requirements:

- **
**- Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef, CDP, DCDP or in a similar culinary role specializing in Tandoor cuisine**
**- Deep knowledge and understanding of Tandoor culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques**
**- Creative flair, passion, and enthusiasm for exploring and showcasing the diverse flavors and spices of Tandoori cuisine**
**- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and suppliers**
**- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced hospitality environment**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
