**Responsibilities**:
Improving the player interaction content with new and innovating organic ideas

Routinely creating and reviewing customer facing content and improving its quality and relevance in communication templates, chatbots, FAQs, website content, training modules etc

Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative content for customer support

Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content

Researching and organizing facts and sources in context to the industry

Getting the content verified from Legal team

Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies

Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability

Edit content produced by other members of the team

Interviewing sources/consumers

Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies

Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original

Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas

Auditing website pages, FAQs etc.

**Requirement & Qualifications**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiasm for learning and perfecting creative communication across gaming ecosystems

Proactive work ethic with attention to detail

Knowledge of Poker would be an added advantage

Step up to help team members when needed to accomplish team goals

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Self-motivated and self-directed

High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field preferred

Ability to work as an active member of a team

Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Extensive knowledge of the company, brand, and product preferred

Multifaceted creative professionals with multiple interests and an affinity towards gaming/sports preferred
