**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Oversight**: Manage and oversee the administrative functions for branch offices across South India, including facilities management and local compliance.
- **People Management**: Supervise and coordinate the work of support staff, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
- **Assets and Inventory Management**: Oversee the management of assets, inventory, and demo stock, ensuring accurate tracking and movement within the region.
- **Financial Support**: Assist with collections, reconciliations, and confirmations for major customers in the region, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- **Local Compliance**: Ensure adherence to local regulations and compliance requirements for each state and office within the region.
**Requirements**:
- **Administrative Knowledge**: Solid understanding of basic administrative tasks and procedures.
- **Tally Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with Tally software for accounting and financial management.
- **Accounting Knowledge**: Fundamental accounting knowledge is essential for handling financial tasks and reports.
