JOB DESCRIPTION- Quality Control ExecutiveLocation:Delhi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and develop corrective and preventive actions to address them.
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures, and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes, ensuring quality considerations are incorporated from the beginning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management, and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

QUALIFICATION:

- Minimum of 1+years of experience as a Quality Executive preferably in the similar role or industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field

COMPETENCIES & SKILL SETS:

- Conscientious and responsible
- A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- BSc/ BA in Business Administration or relevant field
