**Job description**:
Roles and Responsibilities
- To sell Surgical Instruments to Specialities like Ortho, General Surgery, Neuro, ENT, etc.
- Manage & Develop relationships with Doctors, Hospitals, Nurshing Homes, Clinics, Diagnostic Centers etc.
- Generate demand and meet Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales Target.
- Prompt and correct reporting through software.
- Following up of Leads on daily basis and converting them into Deals and closing the deal.
- Preparing Tour Plan and Sales Plan on Monthly basis.
- Graduation in any stream with Minimum One Year experience in Medical Equipment/Pharma Sales.
- Strong connection with Medical Equipment users and buyers in assigned territory.
- Good Communication and Presentation skills.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Local Language.
- Must have two wheeler with valid license.
- Need to travel upcountry areas and also at times within short notice.
