Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator, this role will support our GTM operations team, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce system and integrated systems. Additional responsibilities include:

- Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions
- Provide solutions expertise and best practices on the SFDC platform
- Analyze, design, and configure SFDC for ease of use & clarity
- Responsible for some manual data entry & weekly audits
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly progress report for data cleanliness, issues, and suggestions
- Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities
- Be key administrator for SFDC basic tasks: provisioning, error handling, and ticketing
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing permissions, page layouts, templates, approvals, workflow, products, price books, reports, and dashboards.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Engineer or relative role
- Experience designing, maintaining, reporting on multiple Salesforce instances in a fast-paced, start-up/scale-up environment
- Experience in Business Analysis, SFDC Platform Design, and revamping complex systems
- Salesforce Advanced certifications required
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and coworkers
- Must be solution-oriented with analytical skills providing demonstrated ability to troubleshoot multiple automations & workflows
- Must have a high level of GTM business sense and experience working in Saas based business model
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, adapt, and design new business concepts, models and technologies.
- Professional experience or working knowledge of Hubspot, PlanHat, CaptivateIQ would be preferred
- Must be a motivated self-starter with an ability to work in a global environment adhering to deadlines, calendar events, and meetings in varying global time zones
- Must be exceptionally organized with a high attention to detail, and a track record of creativity and innovation
- APEX understanding preferred
