**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their objectives
- Prepare drawings, renderings, and other visualizations to communicate design ideas
- Produce construction documents, including plans, sections, and details
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Participate in project meetings and presentations
- Contribute to the firm’s design process and help maintain a culture of creativity and innovation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray, and other design software
- Strong design and graphic presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sustainable design principles is a plus
