**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and implementation of project scope management to ensure all project objectives are met within the defined parameters.
- Oversee project budgeting processes ensuring accurate and efficient allocation of resources to meet project goals.
- Provide expertise in enterprise architecture to align IT strategy with business objectives and drive technological advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans reports and status updates.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project management processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all project activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement making data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations delivering solutions that exceed their requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in Project Scope Management ensuring all project objectives are clearly defined and met.
- Demonstrate expertise in Project Budgeting effectively managing resources to achieve project goals within budget constraints.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture aligning IT strategy with business objectives to drive technological advancements.
- Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus providing valuable insights and expertise in this domain.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Show a proactive approach to problem-solving identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Display strong analytical skills using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail ensuring accuracy and completeness in all project documentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Possess a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements ensuring compliance in all project activities.
- Exhibit leadership qualities providing guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
