**Reports** **to**: Manager / GM -PROJECTS
**Department**: PROJECTS- Design

**2.** **JOB** **PURPOSE**:
An artful interior designer / Interior architect responsible to undertake a verity of space designing from conceptualisation to completion including all detailing for execution purpose. The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.

**Description**
- Undertake design project from concept to completion including GFC drawings and detailing.
- Define project requirements & scheduling.
- Interpret & translate different stakeholders need in to plans.
- Research & decide on materials & product required.
- Produce samples and mood products if required. - Set cost according to budget- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
- Research & follow industry changes, evolutions & best practices.

**QUALIFICATIONS,**
**EXPERIENCE,**

**SKILLS**:

- Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture with 7+ year experience.
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
